Steve K's Hummus Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
Here's the recipe:
2 Garlic Cloves peeled
2 cups Chick Peas (Garbanzo Beans) Drained, Liquid reserved
1/3 cup Tahini (Sesame Paste)
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
1/3 cup Lemon Juice
1 tsp Cumin  (optional)
1/2 tsp Paprika (optional)
Salt to Taste
PREPARATION:
In a food processor, process garlic. Add Chick Peas, Tahini, and salt, process till blended. Add oil, lemon juice process till smooth. Add reserved juice if paste is too thick, just a teaspoon at a time. Garnish with paprika, parsley and additional olive oil if desired. Enjoy!
