2 tablespoons butter
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1 pound button mushrooms, sliced

1 Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. To the melted butter add
  olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic and oregano. Stir in mushrooms. Saute
  for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
